With over 100 unique entries this year, Kent Crisps were up against tough competition. The winners were announced on Thursday 21 November at Westenhanger Castle, at a gala dinner.

As winners of this category, we had to demonstrate outstanding business performanceboth financially and operationally, a clear vision and mission for our business, continuous innovation, commitment to our employees and ambitious plans for growth.

We are incredibly proud of our achievement, it’s fantastic to be recognised for the team’s hard work and dedication, and our owner Laura Bounds MBE’s vision for the business. To be awarded this amongst such tough competition is equally as rewarding, demonstrating we are succeeding in our mission.

Laura Bounds MBE saidI am left truly speechless each time our hardwood is recognised, especially in a room filled with such incredible talent. Reflecting on the last 12 years as owner of Kent Crisps, it has been nothing short of a rollercoastera journey filled with highs and lows, challenges and triumphs.

Through it all, this amazing team has been the unwavering foundation of our success, no matter what obstacles we’ve faced, we’ve stayed focused and true to our vision to be the best. I am so hugely thankful to my management team for their resilience, patience, talent and humour, their leadership has been the driving force behind our achievements.”
