Great Taste Star for Oyster and Vinegar

We are absolutely thrilled to have been awarded 1 star for our Oyster and Vinegar at the Great Taste Awards 2023!!

Oyster and Vinegar is a definite favourite for many, paying homage to Whitstable’s famous oysters; it tastes like the Kent seaside. With an obvious tie to the Kent coast, the pack also features the brightly coloured beach huts at
Seasalter; a heart-warming sight for many who love the Kent coast.

Great Taste is the world’s largest and most trusted food and drinks accreditation scheme, where each product goes through a vigorous blind-tasting test from a panel of 500 experts from across the industry. The black and gold Great Taste Awards stickers awarded are highly respected seals of approval, representing high quality, quality, and are simply delicious!

Judges commented on the flavour saying:

“We really enjoyed the crisp, crunchy texture of these golden crisps. They had a good classic, slightly sweet salt and vinegar flavour… A crunchy and golden crisp that has a welcoming vinegar flavour and a salty, rounded umaminess.”
